We were honored to receive a heartfelt note of appreciation from Kareem Farouk Ismail, Quality Assurance Manager and Head of the Microbiology Laboratory at NAWAH Scientific, following a recent successful accreditation assessment.
In his message to PJLA President, Tracy Szerszen, Kareem shared sincere gratitude for the dedication and professionalism shown throughout the process, stating:

As for Matt, words fall short in expressing my appreciation for his support and understanding during the visit. His contribution made a significant difference.”
