Let me begin by saying I never imagined writing this type of letter concerning an assessment of our business or the auditor performing the assessment. I want to commend PJLA on the professionalism demonstrated throughout the assessment process. We were able to talk directly with those who could provide us with “concrete” pricing and those who had the technical expertise with the services we provide. Henry and Brett were willing to spend time speaking with us directly answering questions concerning the 17025 requirements and helping us better develop our quality systems to meet those requirements.
